new enemies coming to Minecraft

Every player eagerly anticipates the annual Minecraft update. This is where Mojang Studios releases major patches to improve the game. The upcoming mobs are a big draw for players.

Mojang will be working on Minecraft 1.19: The Wild Update in 2022. The Overworld was given a major overhaul with the Caves & Cliffs Part 2 update. The Wild Update will add new biomes to the peaceful dimension.

Players have only been able to find out about mangrove swamps and deep dark caves. Many players suspect that more biomes will be added to the 1.19 update, based on the name. Mojang also revealed some mobs that will be arriving in 2022.

Five mobs have been confirmed to be coming to Minecraft in the next year

5) Firefly

The firefly, a new mob that aims to add immersion to swamps is coming with the 1.19 update. Frogs were seen eating fireflies during the live event. This mob is likely to be used to breed frogs.

Fireflies that can spawn as one mob will be the smallest mobs in the game. A firefly is only made up of two pixels. There is an opportunity that fireflies may spawn in groups.

4) Frogs

Frogs are one of the most eagerly awaited Minecraft mobs. Many players have requested frogs for the vanilla Minecraft game since their debut at Minecon Live 2019. Bedrock betas already include frogs as an experimental feature.

Three types of frogs can be spawned: orange, green and white. Froglight blocks can also be obtained by players when frogs consume magma cubes.

3) Tadpoles

After breeding two frogs players will discover a strange-looking block called "frogspawn" in the water. Frogspawns are tiny tadpole-sized eggs from frogs. As real-life frogs do, tadpoles like to remain in the water and eventually turn into frogs.

2) Allay

Allay was the winner of the mob voting held during Minecraft Live 2021. The allay was elected the winner of the fan poll. Allay is a utility mob that collects more than any item or block that is given to it by players.

1) Warden

Minecraft players had for a long time only to worry about the Ender Dragon or the Wither. Players now have to worry about wardens after the 1.19 update.

The warden is more powerful than the other boss mobs, and can kill players wearing netherite armors in just a few hits. The warden won't attack players who are hiding in dark caves for long periods of time.
